Model Multi chart response - anthropology graduates
The pie chart gives a picture of the destinations of fresh graduates of Anthropology from a university. On the other hand, the table provides details of the salaries the employed Anthropologists earned after five years of work. Overall, over half of the graduates took up some form of employment after school and within five years, most of them earned not less than $75000 irrespective of the type of employment they took up.
52% of the graduating students proceeded to work full-time while another 20% secured part-time offers. However, a quarter of these part time workers (5%) combined their jobs with post graduate study. Another 8% enrolled for full time further studies, but those who couldn’t secure any opportunity were 4% more (12%). The activity taken up by the rest of the graduates was however unknown.
After five years of work, working either as a freelancer or in the government sector proved rewarding as 80% of each of both categories earned at least $75000 with the rest significantly lower sums. In fact, 40% and 50% of freelance anthropologists and government sector workers received a minimum of $100,000 respectively. However, only 55% of private sector workers could take home a minimum pay of $75000, as another 35% were paid only between $50000 and $74,999 leaving another 10% to receive less.
