Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Janet Addison, one of your customers at your Owerri branch. I purchased a new gas cylinder from the branch three days ago for my catering business which I run from my house. I noticed a major fault with the cylinder and I have decided to notify you of this.
The day after I bought the cylinder, I noticed a small leakage close to its lid at the top. I discovered this shortly after I returned from the gas station, and began to use my cooker. The leakage is quite small but has the tendency of expanding if not fixed.
Due to this fault, I have been unable to cook for my customers in the last couple of days. I have been forced to take a break from work, thereby displeasing some of my customers. I fear that I may lose them to rivals if I do not find a solution to this problem.
Please, I will need your shop to send a replacement cylinder as soon as possible. I live close to the branch at Owerri, so a new cylinder can be sent from there to me. The one with me was delivered to me, so the other can be delivered to my house as well. Upon delivery, the delivery man can return the cylinder with me.
I would be most pleased if my request is granted. Thank you.
